Move The Conversation
Forward With Purpose.

Vault serves as a facilitator and commercial coordinator between the supply side and the buy side, including their representatives. Each inquiry starts with a clear understanding of your role and the opportunity.

01 / REQUIREMENTS

Start With What You Need.

Identify your side of the transaction and whether you are acting directly or as a representative. Share the commercial requirement or supply opportunity without disclosing protected counterparties.

02 / COMMERCIAL REVIEW

Assess The Commercial Fit.

Compare product specifications, volume, location, logistics, timing and payment structure. Relevant redacted materials support that review; supplier procedures remain as stated.

03 / COORDINATED INTRODUCTIONS

Protect The Relationship.

Before protected identities are exchanged or direct discussions begin, complete the NCNDA, agreed registration and written fee-protection arrangements through Vault.
